• I am familiar with EMR Systems (KAREO).

• My responsibilities included answering the phone, reviewing faxes and sending to the correct destination, checking eligibility of insurance, update patient information as well as input New Patient Information, processing and sending referrals with all necessary documentation such as Demographics, Insurance Info, Chart (with last few visits vitals, etc.), and usually The Last SOAP Note of The Patient was needed also.

• I also did Triage as necessary. This included taking vitals (BP with machine or sphygmomanometer

• I was responsible for checking patient history and making sure it was up to date with new/discontinued medications, new allergies, new vaccinations, procedures, then would verify appointment and take notes in cc (Chief Complaint) to assist physician With SOAP Note.

• I would also prepare LAB Orders as requested by Physicians and i was confident in being able able to tell a patient why a certain Lab was ordered. I am able to do Urinalysis (DIPS), PT/INR Test, Glucose Testing, and was recently training on EKG and Spirometer.

• I have extensive experience with COVID CDC Cleaning and Sanitation Procedures for a Medical Practice. I do believe I am a strong candidate to work at a Medical Facility. l
