• Operation and maintenance covers the following GSM nodes: the SSP, RCP/ HLR, EIR, OMC, SMSC, BSC, BTSs, microwave links, Fraud and voicemail stations for Uganda Telecom Ltd.

• Monitoring & rectifying failures on all the MSC network interconnections internal & external to PSTN, Call Center, MTN and Celtel. This covers over 4200 voice circuits & 70 C7 links.

• Implementing Customer Care Operations using the TABS tool consisting of about 1 to 40 instructions each hour from 0800 to 1800 hours Monday to Saturday. NB: All the above are done in a purely computer environment.

• Operating and maintaining of Digital switching systems for the main switch and the remote switches connected to the main around the country.

• To make network performance &analysis reports in Excel for the CTO & OAM Manager. PROJECTS

• Made an investment prediction model for Emerging Markets(JSE) that shows stock price trends as dependent variables using financial ratios as independent variables using step by step multiple regression analysis for my MSc. Financial Engineering Capstone Project.

• Planning, configuration (KVL,CPS, iTM& UCM) and implementation of Tetra Radios encryption project for the UN Regional Service Centre Entebbe.

• Recognised as for the most committed Systems Engineering Technician by the MONUSCO Field Technology Services Operations Chief after rollout of the tetra radio encryption project, programming over 1500 sets in 2 months & 219mobile sets installed in the UN vehicles. • In 2012, I solved 1095 critical trouble tickets on first attempt on the Orange Uganda 2G&3G network attaining 99.9% SLA & was recognised for my valuable contribution demonstrating the strength of Alcatel Lucent &the continuing importance of growth in the organisation & awarded $5,662 at separation in April, 2015 . • In December 2007 on my first field assignment, I was able to identify & solve on first attempt the interference fault on the 40km UTL microwave link from Lira to Aloi which had lasted 5 months & was recognised as the best upcoming BSS Engineer.
