Since 2005-2021 :( M/s Gilbarco Veeder Root India Pvt Ltd.) Sales and Service Operation – Sales and service of Oil dispensing unit all over NE State under IOCL/BPCL/HPCL and ESSAR OIL.

Looking after Sales & Servicing & Annual Maintenance ( BD / PM) & Warranty of Petrol Dispensing units which has installed of oil companies retail outlets under North East State ( Assam,Meghalaya,Tripura,Manipur,Nagaland, Mizoram & Arunachal Pradesh) .

Register all customer complaints from customer portal to company system (CRM/IFS) customer wise ( IOCL/BPCL/HPCL) and provide unique id against all complaints.

Customer complaints allocate to field engineers location wise.

Co-ordination Spares dispatched through courier from our stores.

Collect of complaints status from field engineers and update on customer portal as well as our system accordingly.

If complaints not under AMC nor warranty then provide quotations to customer over mail for approval.

Collection reports ( preventive maintenance ) from field engineers and submit to bill ( AMC bill ) .

Submission bills to customers monthly basis after customer’s field officer’s certification.

Review every month for increase service uptime and less down time., like prevent repeat visit, try to solve one short .

Discuss with higher management as well as field engineer and take corrective measure.

Accordingly cost control- review and take corrective measure, recycle defective spares, spare stock with field engineers.

Payment collection within month after submission of bills and review payment collection and take corrective action.

Maintain inventory properly, send requisition in time after calculation of down time regular basis.

Attended customer( IOCL/BPCL/HPCL) meetings for any issues regarding service - non availabilities of spares or man power or anything.

Provide operation ( New Dispencing Units )training to customer ( Dealers)for any new products with new features as well as refreshing of existing products.

Coordination with customers daily basis

Providing training to Legal Metrology inspectors regarding sealing procedure of new DU’s and electronics features with calibration process.

Co-ordinate with central store or nearby state office to arranging spares urgent basis if store person unable to arrange any specific item. Also arrange spares in advance to operate smooth service.

Provide field feedback to our factory / R&D regarding new DU’s ( Operation related). Provide competitors product feedback to our quality team.

Arranging team meeting with field forces ( more than 50 nos. Service engineers) for collecting products feedback, reports collection, defective spares collections & theirs problem .

Order collection from Oil Company.

Tender submission.

Price negotiation with Customer (Oil Co.).

Looking after Retail Outlet automation / ATG of all oil Company ( IOCL/HPCL/BPCL) project job .

Looking after automation amc service( annual maintenance) after completion of project.

Sales of VAS Products)Digital Air Inflator, Air Compressor, Flexible Pipe to Oil Co’s Dealers .

Sales of Solar System to Retail Outlet of Oil Co .(Indian Oil Corp/BPCL/HPCL).
