Responsibilities

Develop key lean strategies to improve financial performance in 5 manufacturing sites across 3 countries. These strategies include developing KPI’s and delivering bottom line savings through vsm and other lean strategies. These strategies include global training followed by selected projects that teams execute under the tutelage of the rest of my team. My responsibilities include managing and training lean improvement teams in 5 different sights and managing their projects as well as reviewing and directing all global six sigma projects.

Accomplishments

Changed all traditional manufacturing systems into lean processes which addressed specific problems in each manufacturing area. Upon hiring otd to critical customers was around 35%. After 2 years all mfg sites were above 85% and cost of producing end products dropped on average 15%. Additionally inventory turns went from 2 to 10 in same time period.
