I implemented group therapy and individual counseling. Those students had attention hyperactive disorders, Bipolar, and oppositional disorders. Collaboration of teachers, parents, students, community organizations and staff were included.

Counseled mentally challenged students with autism and exciting activities. I monitored children's medications and helped with managing their home budget.
RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR: Part time overnight.

Counseled mentally challenged teenagers and prepared crest level goals,
with detailed survival skills, and ongoing treatment plans. This included following up progress notes of behavioral clients’ improvement. Counselling parents on the importance working with staff on clients’ treatment goals.

I Taught Math, Reading, English, Social Studies, and Science.

I worked as a liaison between the psychiatrist, psychologist, programs, and medical staff.
Importantly, I also provided supervision over the dd case managers notes. Computer skills required that all contacts be entered weekly and typing of progress notes.
After care plans required collaboration with different states and knowledge of how all administration departments worked effectively to provide quality assurance. In addition, individual counseling an inmate diverse population.
Moreover, I taught Anger Management groups once a week to referred inmates.
Importantly, peer groups for sex offenders and Stress Management. A detailed screening of inmates with psychiatrist, who experienced sleeping disorders and psychotic issues.
2001- 2010 Full time: School Counselor, Testing and 504 Coordinator.
Additionally, I provided counseling and group therapy to students with diagnosis of Bipolar, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Schizophrenia Disorders, and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorders.
I collaborated with our principal, students, parents, staff, teachers, and community stakeholders. We challenged the competences and the mission our school. The counseling improved students’ in their personal social growth, academics, and career awareness.
My leadership skills allowed me to direct testing and promote valuable ethics that required quality assurance. Importantly, I also worked as the 504 coordinator, which included meeting with the social worker, and implementing strategies to teachers with assisting students, who were at risk in academics, attendance, and behavior.
