This is the only job I've ever had I got hired about a week after I turned 16 and am still working there I am currently 18 as a swing manager I work many different shifts from mornings to evenings and even a couple overnight shifts I run the store by ensuring that the food and other products are served hot and fresh I also position the crew team and instruct them on what to do. I handle any and all customer complaints while I'm the floor manager.
