Objective-

At Urgently roadside assistance Inbound customer service calls and dispatch the calls to providers so that customers get get the help they need when they have problems with their Enterprise Efleet vehicles & also Commute with Enterprise Rideshare vehicles. We do dispatching for tows, battery service, lockout services,winches,fuel delivery, mobile mechanic, and tire replacements. We have many different departments in Urgently but I am contracted with the company Enterprise.

Remodeling business owner-September 2014-04/20
At Baker Flooring and More I work with my business partner doing store set ups for companies we contract with such as; Boost Mobile, Wells Fargo, and Cricket. When we are not doing our contracted stores, we do residential and commercial remodels as well. We do everything such as; painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and any and all “handyman” services that need to be done. We currently still own our remodeling company however I am doing the; paperwork, payroll, and scheduling for business now only. I am looking to further my own career and be back in the workforce full time. After finding the career I am seeking within a couple of months of my new eymployment, I would be signing my company over to my business partner fully.

· At DirecTV I was responsible for routing our technicians to their routes for the day and to ensure that their time was used more efficiently. I dispatched by computer, radio, and phone. Along with dispatching, I helped my customers with their questions and concerns. I ensured that I provided them with the best possible customer service and cable services to serve their specific needs.

· As a Dispatch Specialist I was in charge of providing the best and safest experiences as possible for our members, in order to get them back on the road as fast and safe as possible. In being a Performance Training Coach, I was able to provide my knowledge that I had as a Dispatch Specialist in order to teach new hires & existing dispatchers the tools they needed in order to succeed in their job roles at AAA. I also helped them set up; guidelines, mapping, policies, and modules in order to help others learn their jobs to the best of their abilities. · As an Account Manager for Discover Card I was in charge of helping others with their banking and financial needs. I was also in charge of helping members fix their credit and add benefits to their accounts that would better their future.
