• Conducts KRA’s and crafting a job description in accord with organizational structure. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluation; prepares pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; plan and implements pay structure revisions.

• Monitors implementation of HRIS programs
