PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

McDonough Nissan – (1) Year as a Finance Director and (1) Year as a Sales Manager. (2020-2022) I use software to collect and sort years of data for the auto sale industry. My sole responsibility is to protect the dealership assets. It is my job to present one hundred percent of products, one hundred percent of the time, to one hundred percent of the customer to make an intelligent decision one hundred percent of the time. Giving them the feature advantage and benefit of every product, which avoids CSI concerns down the road. Make credit decisions to effectively close deals and ensure the prompt funding of all contracts. I lead business managers and client advisers to streamline the F&I/car sales process while staying compliant, developing critical steps from start to finish to aid in meeting the company monthly goals of new and used gross profits, while simultaneously creating a new employee training guide to follow once hired. I conduct daily management incentive meetings to inform department leads of changes of lender programs and validity of tasks being performed during all units sold, new, used and lease. In addition, I conduct a review of new and existing contracts. Efforts help to ensure continuity between business managers and sales managers that we're in compliance with company guidelines. I analyzed and revised F&I processes to improve work flow and increase manpower efficiency and compliance while ensuring all customer requirements were satisfied. Also, I provided guidance to new and upcoming managers on F&I procedures and guidelines. Assisted in implementing program actions, changes in finance concepts, and levels accuracy of data input required to support those actions or changes for compliance guidelines. I build better relationships with the captive lenders and have great relationships with other lenders that can bring great value to the dealer. As General manager I inspect what I expect. I lead two other business managers and over 17 client advisers. CLIENT ADVISOR - (FIVE STAR DODGE): A little over (2) years at Five Star Dodge (2013-2016). As a Client Adviser, I sold over 500 cars for the company. During this time, I managed to navigate through the CRM to create a client base to make me one of the top sales professionals in the group. I accomplished being Salesman of the month for many months which culminated to salesman of the year. I believe in process and feel that if a process is executed then failure is not an option.
