(Waitress/Server/Hostess/Cashier/Food Prep.)

I performed the job duties and responsibilities of numerous positions within both establishments, over a period of several years. I fulfilled the duties of assisting a specified number of assigned patients, within a given timeframe, with their daily needs including but not limited to: getting out of bed, going to the bathroom, using bed pans, providing oral care, showering, washing hair, dressing and undressing, making their beds, delivering meals, feeding them, and most importantly providing them with companionship.

Safe Auto Insurance Company - Hemingway, S.C. 2006-+2008

(South Carolina Licensed/bonded Auto Insurance Sales Agent)

I accepted inbound calls via call center/sales department for Safe Auto Insurance Company. After identifying the customer’s auto policy needs, I would prepare an auto insurance quote - itemizing and explaining every part of the policy in detail. I would then detail the estimated payment schedule/monthly amounts/down payment, policy period, and/or their limited tort/tort options if in PA. After ensuring the customer’s complete understanding, willingness/ability to purchase the policy - I would process their down payment amount (usually confirm with law enforcement of their policy activation) and send them their proof of id/declarations page via email or fax.

I represented several mortgage companies, as a third party vendor, that processed homeowner’s insurance claim checks. Based on the homeowner’s mortgage company, payment history, current payment status, debt to income/back-end ratios, type of loss, amount of loss, and/or other factors - as the mortgage company, we processed the check by endorsing our signature and returning to the homeowner (given required paperworkq was received/processed) or the check was deposited into a restricted escrow account, necessary paperwork was received/processed, and checks in smaller amounts (payable to the homeowner and contractor) were issued, property inspections were completed, and the entire rebuilding process was monitored to ensure the mortgage company’s investment was being protected.

I developed grade-level, content area, state-standard/common core, aligned instruction that accommodate a wide-range of learning styles, students with disabilities/504/BIP/IEP’s. Additionally, I developed instructional/objective/standard aligned assessments that I administered, assessed, analyzed, and reflected on to in order to ensure the student’s abilities to meet and/or exceed my instructional objective. The last two years, I was chairperson for the 4th grade teachers which required I host weekly meetings, ensure instructional agendas are being met, necessary changes are being implemented, and teacher’s are reflecting on data driven results within the zone of the student’s proximal development.

(Home Healthcare Aid)

Being in the later stages of ALS, my patient had lost all muscular abilities. Unable to move his limbs and even breathe without the support of a respirator, required that I do everything for him daily including suction out his lungs every 20 minutes, feed him twice a day via a feeding tube, change his colostomy bag when needed, as well as his catheter or urinal and most importantly remove and replace his respirator when transitioning from the bed to his remote wheelchair using the provided lift. Staying overnight via 12 hour shifts were normal.
