Experience with hand tools, such as drills, air guns, hand Sanders, etc Hired in as a certified installation mechanic. Documented Certificates that certifies me in reading blueprints, reading and using a Caliper tool to gauge metal and rivets. Can use a hammer, I'm familiar with using or reading a measuring tape. I precisely drill holes in a. metal beam. Using a customized tool. Using a drill n drill bit I also deburr any holes drilled to remove success metal arid shavings. Once drilled arid debuted. I carefully install nut plates, using different types of rivet tape to hold the rivets in place. I then use a machine press called a squeeze machine, to squeeze the rivets to a specified length. After completing, I use a. drill arid drill stop to install button head rivets to add on a metal piece called a standoff. I paint with a special primer to prevent corrosion. And do light touches to blend in accordingly. I also use a. drill to drill out pilot holes in a special fiber glass panel. I log into the engineer plan to start and complete various operations on the computer.

To verify that I specifically worked that part arid time, in case of an incident or fatal injury. I give fiber glass panels IP#'s label them and stack them in numbered order according to whatever is needed that day or for that moment. I'm responsible for building a certain amount start kits to fulfill orders. I supply five to six, other structure mechanics with parts. All parts most be inspected by certified inspectors. I also must inspect and double check my work arid others to make sure we follow plan arid procedures and reading blueprints. I also load, unload, organize and store metal beams, and fiber glass panels. I have trained people and I have helped with Preventative maintenance when vendors send defective parts I am familiar with using a Caliper, hammer, drills, air guns, grinders, vacuum's, rivet gauges, box knives, disposing boxes, constantly computer training.
