Manage day to day operations across all aspects of the business with domestic and international oversight. Maintain operational oversight of 300,000 square feet of corporate owned warehousing and distribution space spanning 8 locations in North America. Led all aspects of inventory, design, planning, logistics and systems at the warehouse level in addition to the daily management of the firm’s corporate internal operations including human resources, accounting, compliance, risk, systems administration and various special projects. Manage a staff of 150 employees with 15 direct reports including Warehouse Managers, Branch Managers, Import/Export Managers, Head of Quality Control, Risk/Compliance, Head of IT, Head of Accounting. Select achievements as follows:

Company Leadership and Growth:

• During tenure as General Manager, the firm grew its gross revenues from $10 mm to $100 mm per annum.

• In addition to operational oversight of corporate HQ internal operations and distribution center, directly led the integration and acclimatization of 7 branch locations throughout the US and Canada (Dallas, Toronto, Raleigh (NC), Ontario (CA), new locations as a result of corporate acquisitions and organic growth.

• Spearheaded all talent acquisition efforts; hired in excess of 200 employees across all functional areas. The firm grew from 25 to 250 employees.

Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics:

• Led and executed the selection, implementation and ongoing administration of the all of the firm’s WMS and internal systems-related activities including the corporate wide implementation of Tecsys and SoloGlobe.

• Serve as the executive lead on all aspects of the integration and onboarding of three separate corporate locations and warehouses encompassing 300,000 SF, 20,000 SKUs and 200 staff added to the enterprise as a result of corporate acquisition.

• Negotiated an FAK 70 LTL program up to class 300 based on CzarLite Jan. 1999 rate base up to 16 linear feet.

• Managed ISO 9001:2008 & 9001:2015 Certification. Corporate Operations & Human Resources:

• Implemented policies and procedures that streamlined all aspects of corporate administration including client credit, collections, accounting operations, payroll, insurance (corporate liability and employee benefit) and risk management.

• Led the onboarding and implementation of ADP and Paylocity resulting in improved efficiency and cost savings.
