Keep webcam on the entire time, mute until you are speaking so there are no disruptions or speaking over other candidates
Look into the camera while speaking
Sit in a quiet, brightly lit space with little to no background noise
Make sure your device is charged and your internet connection is strong, they can assume that if your connection is bad now then it won’t hold up during training.
Make sure your cellphone is silenced and put away
Dress the part, dress as if you were attending an in-person interview
Sit in one place, try not to move around a lot
Review the company websites to be more informed of the position.
Make sure you answer the questions with lots of detail!

Set aside one hour for the interview, this will be the longest the interview will go for.
This is a small group zoom, there will be four people max interviewing at one time. They are hiring for a big training class so there is no competition!
They will have your resume so they will ask questions based on your previous experience!
