Inside Sales Assistant—2/19/2007 to present

Currently I work in a fast paced international office environment. I provide administrative support to all sales staff and management. I’ve established professional working relationships with a clientele of more than fifty customers. As the only EDI skilled sales assistant, I’ve implemented cross-training for the other inside sales assistants. Some routine customer service tasks include, coordinating all customer requests from inception to payment, composing professional letters, quotes and emails for both inside and outside customers.
