As Infrastructure Chief I was on-site project manager for a 12.5-million-dollar construction program.

Established and maintained professional relationships with internal and external teams.

Resolved material delivery delays with schedules to ensure overall project delivery dates did not slip.

oTypical system migration/installation in CDC facilities takes 9 to 12 months per system.

oMy team migrated 22 systems in 4 months, 308 PM level meetings (22 meeting per week), relocated 285 devices, installed 1,294 copper and fiber optic cables, and managed 21 service interruptions with minimal impact to operations.
