Analysis, design, programming and customer support of a Sales Force Automation system written in Lotus Notes R5 and ND6 which was used worldwide by Mellon Bank. This system resided on a Citrix metaframe environment. This application is fully integrated with an Oracle 8i database. Converted LotusScript into JavaScript and/or Java for use on the web. Work closely with all LOBs to gather, create, or modify data through the use of LSX. Utilize Project Management Techniques as the project lead, on large sized projects across several different business lines; such as, Mellon Private Wealth Management (MPAM), Global Cash Management (GCM), Capital Markets.

Implemented a configuration management system for all source code where no system previously existed using TeamStudio suite of software engineering tools. This endeavor assisted Mellon with achieving CMM Level II status where I was interviewed as the SCM/Lead Developer.
