Direct execution of excavation, rebar work, form work, all concrete structural and subcontractor management of internal finishes, masonry, plastering, painting, Interior Fit- out works, flooring, stone cladding, roads & infrastructure related concrete works, Drainage, utilities, waterproofing works, interlock tiling, door hardware’s, pipe line works and etc.

Assisting the technical submission and assignments. Monitoring shop drawings approval schedule for all upcoming activities till completion.

Attending WAR meetings & design workshop with design consultants/supervision consultant’s project management team and reporting to project manager.

Attending construction meeting, Quality & OHS site walk closeout meetings.
