At this company, I reported directly to the owners who were out of state. I performed weekly onsite inspections, provided a written report as to the conditions and repairs required. I oversaw that the repairs were completed on time and on budget.
For these rental properties, I screened all potential tenants, prepared and executed the leases. I also handled all tenant work requests to be performed on the properties and made sure all repairs were made in a timely manner once the tenants occupied the property. Once tenants vacated the property, I did the final inspection and handled all the repairs needed to re-rent the unit. I also collected the rents and handled all eviction proceedings. Finally, I performed numerous repairs on these multi-family units such as changing the locks and performing other minor repairs to the units per the tenant’s requests.
