I supervise 5 Food Service Officers making sure that they properly observe the food service department and inmate workers to insure the department is run effectively and safely. I monitor staff to ensure that the follow the food service management program. I ensure that staff follows the menus that is provided daily by the food service management system. I ensure that all paper work is printed and posted on a daily basis. I counsel individuals and groups on the basic rules of good nutrition, healthy eating habits, and nutrition monitoring to improve their quality of life.
