Created signage ranging from hang tag, promo tags, flyers, posters, and virtually every visual outlet for Home Depot. Adhered to strong typography standards and followed brand guidelines, as needed. Utilized problem solving and issue resolution skills to create signs in English. Translated signs to French so they could be finalized as bilingual. Beauty Express Inc. + The Lice Crew Retail - Graphic Designer 03/2015 - 10/2015 Freelance 10/2015 - 02/2017 Full-time Worked for both Beauty Express and The Lice Crew as the in-house designer. Designed and used existing assets to create and/or modify in-store marketing collateral, such as window displays, marketing signage and promotions. Drafted mock-ups of website designs, prepared files for print, including, crop marks, dye lines, bleeds. Created final PDFs for printing and upload, prepared visual assets for print and digital for website banners, printed materials and email marketing ads for skin and hair products. These deliverables were used in salons and major retail stores across Canada and the United States. All media, both print and digital, followed corporate branding standards and guidelines.
