Responsible for the weekly production schedule of four facilities for straws/cutlery

Facilitated the closing of one plant.

Prepared the prebuild plan to assure the inventory was available while the equipment was transferred to another plant. This project was successful and minimal shortages occurred. We achieved our fill rate metric.

Managed an oversea project of cutlery to China. Managed the transportation (vessels) from China to the United States. Due to the long lead time this cutlery was managed differently than regular U.S. Production.
