ACHIEVEMENTS.
Within 6 months of working with both companies I was able to help teams reduce the technical debt backlog, by introducing the practice of allocating 20% of team’s capacity towards it.
Successfully introduced the concept of ongoing Demo, that way customer feedback is gathered to have a successful product pushed to prod with few or not bugs nor tech debts.
Introduced the concept of Mid sprint review where I conducted and assess the team’s commitment towards meeting sprint Goals, that way the team can inspect and adapt so as not to end up with carryovers or a crashing sprint.
