Achieved revenues of ZAR800 million annually with departmental profits of 78% for the hotels, 25% for food and beverage and 45% in the convention center, excluding complimentary revenues.

Secured new business opportunities with regards to Greenfield projects; refurbishment of all hotels and F&B facilities in the group, procurement of new management contracts, lease project opportunities and to review all return on investment proposals with regards to Food and Beverage facilities, Hotels, Conference Centers and Entertainment solutions.

Grew revenues at the Emperors Palace Convention Centre from ZAR10 Million to ZAR200 Million annually.

Responsible for the pre-opening of a new 130 bedroom hotel and 5000 seater convention centre in Lilongwe, Malawi which is owned by the Malawi government.

Have planned, designed and developed, with necessary professional assistance, seven hotels and convention centers in South Africa over the past 7 years.
