Facilities Manager: Duties included the design build of CDA system for manufacturing floor, install of security system, and the implementation of safety programs, i.e. Safety Committee, “MSDS”, ADA, and safety polices and ERT. Responsibility include the cost accounting and management of the phone system new equipment installs and construction; Relocation of company, with completion of $ 350,000.00 “Tenant Improvements”. Also accountable for budgeting and design build of $1,600,000.00 class 10 clean room for Demo Lab and R&D facilities, also re-design, and conversion to class 10,000 of MFG assembly clean room. Facilities Operation Manager: Accountable for developing, implementing, and documenting computerized preventative maintenance programs (CPMP) for a six-building campus
(430,000 sq. ft), EMS programs and in-house agendas to reduce operational costs. Established the computerized work order system to analyze continual process improvement and productivity; guided and sustained, a mechanical and construction approach to facilities maintenance at a practical level by a combination of in-house personnel and contractors. Initiated ERT, “Business Recovery Plan”, Safety programs, for MFG and office environments.
