Front Desk Night Audit

Make reservations over the phone, emails and complete them from outside sources(ex. expedia). Check guests in and out, and assist with any other accommodations requested. Make sure the drawer and petty cash balance, if it's over the drawer limit I put the rest in the safe and log it in the logbook. The night audit is done after two thirty a.m.. During the shift I check for any reservations to be processed. Also walk the property to make sure everything is quiet, all bikes, surf and body boards are accounted for. Ensure everything is prepped and ready for the morning shift and the complimentary coffee bar and accessories is replenished. Preparing the key cards for the next day incoming guests, and registration cards. Process reservations with credit cards or cash, modify reservations, or cancellations and charging fees is needed.
