Duties as a Central Station Operator with 9yrs of experience, I maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC). I have learned so much and have so much to offer as well as still willing to learn even more. I deal with customers on a day-to-day basis handling outbound/inbound calls throughout my shift ensuring customers are being notified in a manner able time of alarms and trouble signals for burglar/fire alarms I receive on my screen.
