-Belt sizing and servicing

-Hermetic Compressors and

Semi-Hermetic Compressors

-Floor plans and electrical schematic readings

-Ball valve replacement and copper pipe fittings as well as black pipe

-Pro press, braze, soft solder, and welding experience

-Freeze stats, high pressure, and low pressure control replacement or reset

-Calibration of refrigeration box cut-in and cut-out

-Finding gas leaks and re-charging properly

-Steam, pre-heat, and chilled water coil pm’ing filter replacement

-Temperature zoning, stats, sensors, and pressure adjustment

-Pneumatic and electronic controls

-PCB board operation and set points

-Humidification and dehumidification

-Medical gas distribution systems

-Condensate adjustment and flow

-Lab chute operating system management

-High, medium, and low temperature refrigeration boxes, freezers, and deep freezers

-Ice machine repairs and servicing

-VAV duct work fabrication and cfm adjustment

-Radiator and fan coil performance and repair
