I have experience assessing, diagnosis, and pharmacologic treatment in Diabetes Mellitus, HTN, hypothyroidism, hyperlipidemia, anxiety, depression, insomnia, among others. COVID Pandemic resource center for the at-large Ascension in Middle TN. Provided triage, results, education, resources, follow up, treatment instructions.

Provide diagnosis, follow-up, and education to various chronic conditions, including but not limited to: diabetes, hypothyroidism, and hypertension, hyperlipidemia.
