October 2021 - June 2022 : Teaching courses in Biological Sciences at Secondary School. Essential steps done at this work are the following :
- Working hard every day and practicing skills and professional experience.

Essential function : Important and primordial monitoring of the application of public health and hygiene rules in all places and particularly in the kitchen. Controling of foods and goods quality.
Essential steps done in this job are the following :
-Permanant monitoring of all places in order to notice each abnormal regarding hygiene and quality control of goods.
-Regularly visiting of kitchens and all locals for cooking foods and interefering close to those concerned each time there was an irregularity marked.
-Raising the awarness of departments heads about the cleaning of equipments, locals and materials used as well as the cleaning of employees and their uniforms.
-Inspecting the cold rooms and controling the storage temperature of foods and interefering where you could see irregularity.
-Being present at the moment of receiving foods and goods which were taken place. After agreeing or declining them in terms of hygiene rules which really were required from the ministry of health.

-Controling the setting up of buffets and all the range of cooking prepared in order to be well served to clients and interefering immediately close to kitchen head where there was a mistake.
-Monitoring the Chlore and the PH value of swimming pool water and coming up with perfect solutions.
