First contact with policyholder after an accident. Work directly with policyholder (customer), hospitals, medical providers, attorney’s, State of Illinois, Mass., Iowa and various other states licensing bureaus etc. regarding licensing, regulations, laws.
Research to provide accurate billing and payment.
Work with medical ICD-10 coding and Procedure coding. Work individually and/or within a team environment. Research and forward any auto claim to special investigative units. Call center environment.
Handling multiple calls/tasks at one time.
