Duties

• The renewal licensing of vehicles and change of ownership where necessary.

• The administration and registration of new vehicles.

• The administration and distribution of new, renewal, lost and stolen fuel cards.

• Tracking and route scheduling.

• Updating of the Fleet Management reports to relevant managers.

• Making hourly follow ups with the person who reported the breakdown. Once completed the breakdown report is to be completed and e-mailed to all the parties concerned as well as to the workshop.

• Noting and reporting faulty tracking units and making arrangements with the appropriate people to immediately repair the unit/s.

• Capturing odometer readings on a daily basis.

• Doing live tracking on all trucks to ensure service efficiency.

• Ensuring that the daily productivity is to be completed.

• Assisting on all fleet queries.

• Obtaining movement report and driver error reports.

• Ensuring that driver ID tags are up to date.

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
