TAK Communications - Network Specialist (MDU) - 2019 - Present - Responsible for delivering Xfinity service to multiple dwelling units and designing cable routes for bulk accounts. Managing small teams and coordinating with property management to get the most out of each truck roll. Finding solutions for customers in difficult wiring situations where rooftop and attic access is required. Configuring cable racks and setting up well organized demarcation points for service to large buildings.

AT&T - Customer Premise Technician 2011 - 2019 - Installed and repaired high speed data, VoIP and IPTV service. Responsible for strategic planning to minimize downtime and optimize connections for high profile commercial accounts. Gained an advanced understanding of wire mapping and RF frequencies. Helped maintain miles of outdoor plant and utilized digital metering tools to quickly hone in on chronic issues. Connected fiber optic, coaxial and Cat5 wire in tights spaces and inclement weather.

Broadband Interactive - Trainer and Auditor 2009 - 2011 - Developed new technicians in the field to work safely and efficiently on underground and aerial HFC networks. Responsible for hands on training and creating individual plans to help technicians succeed. Conducted daily safety inspections. Carried out audits and egress testing to ensure signal fidelity for Comcast’s Metro Chicago market.

Comcast Corporation - Communications Tech Level 3 - 2006 - 2009 Worked to troubleshoot signal loss and restore service for residential customers. Ran new overhead drop wire and replaced/repaired CPE. Helped roll out CDV service to thousands of homes and gained strong communication and time management skills.
