Maintenance Technician 09/2020 to 02/2021
Maintain and fix all working machinery in the plant to keep the flow of product moving. I managed the preventative maintenance scheduling for all of the (94) maintenance technicians to follow to keep it orderly and complete on a timely manner. I was the only female maintenance technician for the Maine plants. It was challenging and I felt appreciated. I carried the walk-in for communication at all times. If it was a new machine and needed to be put together I was in it. If it was a call and a machine needed fixing I was there. From wiring to computer systems to set up or tear down.

5 years of experience for the following.
I have worked at Shape in Biddeford and Kennebunk. I ran the machines that made the Cassette Tapes, VHS and CD's. I made these items and ran 2 machines at a time. I also had to inspect all items that I packaged before placing in shipping boxes and on pallets for Final Inspections. I also Inspected for the CD's and VHS tapes for other machine operators as final inspections before going out to stores or selling locations.
6 years experience for the following.
I worked at Alltel Financial as a IPC I and quickly moved up to an IPC II. this started as processing accounts for all banks in regards to Peoples Heritage and TD Banknorth. The requirements for IPC I are to process 1300 items an hour with less than .05 cents error. I always balanced 100%. with item count of 2700. This gave me the opportunity to move up to the IPC II level. Where I ran a sorter which I became quick to learn so I ran the 2 we had that processed for several banks at a time. I was able to sort. Identify any errors and fix any machine malfunctions. Then going to the front computers being sure the banks are 100% with 0 error to package and send out with the day courier back to the banks for them to store as finalized. .
