I would setup the molds for the bekum blowmold
machines. Inspect all the bottles using the gauges and scales measuring devices.Clean the molds and replace cuttters . striker plate and proper alignment of blow pins for daily maintenance to keep the blow machines running great. I also would sweep the floors and wioe down my work area with alcohol and help out material handler with grinding the regrind material. Clean the hooper and filter and do the headtooling and replace new filter for 5 months maintenance.Help out my coworkers if they need help with questions or anything about the bekum
machines.

Adjust machine components to regulate speeds,
pressures, and temperatures, and amounts, dimensions, and flow of materials or ingredients.

Examine, measure, and weigh materials or products to verify conformance to standards, using measuring devices such as templates, micrometers, or scales.

Monitor machine operations and observe lights and
gauges in order to detect malfunctions.

Press control buttons to activate machinery and
