JOBPROFILE

Currently working as a fire alarm Technician i ALDHAMIN FIRE EQUIPMENT ( AJMAN) since 07th OCT -2021 to till date.

Duties

Operation & Routine Maintenance & PPM Smoke detector and fire panel.

Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work.

Diagnosing breakdown problem.

Controlling maintenance tools, Material Inventory, stores and equipment.

Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

Performing preventative maintenance, Handling basic repairs and maintenance

Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.

Preparing & maintaining daily check list of all utility equipment’s & reporting to immediate supervisor.

To avoid major breakdown Preparing & managing Planed Preventive Maintenance check list for each &

every equipment.

Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site Develop a Planned Preventative

Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed

maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.

SKILLS

6 years’ experience in a maintenance functional role involving exposure to equipment, Fire & safety.

Engineering Skill

Good Technical Repair & Maintenance knowledge in Fire alarm

Hand Skill

Computer skills and basic knowledge of using Word, power point and excel

Educational & Other Proficiency Profile :

Passed Certificate Program with the course of Fire & safety

Passed higher secondary from from Bihar board

Languages Known :

Read, Write and Speak languages are Urdu, Hindi, English.
