4) Logistics Management:-

Monitoring secondary cost though Monthly depot wise MIS report of State SCM team member. Vetting all documents like invoice, Packing list, tax invoice, PI, E-way Bill, duty drawback declaration COA, export value declaration format receive from the plant,COO ( Certificate of origin). Provide shipping instructions. Generate banking document error free as per LC terms.Arrange first leg second leg and third leg HBL as per buyer’s requirement. Closer of BRC

Checking Export/ Import license detail, Follow up for closer/ issuance of AA advance license. BRC settlement. Monitoring export obligation for fulfillment of advance license.
