EVAPORATION OPERATION & MAINTENANCE WITH ATFD

Operating the maintaining the MEE plant with ATFD with the capacity of 40000 ltrs/day, 20000 ltrs/day.

Daily shift activities include physical checkup of plant and taking action for abnormalities, documentation of production, troubleshooting of equipment failure and ensuring safety procedures.

Monitoring the process unit and quality control testing performance for the plant process and water quality.

Monitoring the cooling tower efficiency, range approach, evaporation loss.

Cooling tower circulation water and make up water quality maintained permissible limit.

Good housekeeping and good maintaining plant.

Shell and tube heat exchanger maintenance work (chemical cleaning, hydro testing, hydro jetting, vacuum test).

Scheduling Performed corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance on the equipment centrifugal pumps (single, double mechanical seal repair, bearing, shaft changing work, love jaw coupling alignment and vibration monitoring).

Operating and maintaining the ATFD (agitated thin film dryer), monitoring the correct temperature and pressure for good efficiency to the dryer.

Schedule for preventive maintenance to the dryer by proper flushing once the process completion, monitoring the scale formation, grease applying, BOILER OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

Operation and maintaining the non-boiler with the capacity of 1000kg, 850kg, 600kg, 400kg.

Maintaining the pressure gauge data reading, quality & quantity of the water and quantity of fuel consumed.

Observing the pressure and temperature to verify correct combustion system.

Monitoring always the safety control system through alarms.

Scheduled and assigned preventive maintenance for boiler and water test result (TDS, PH, hardness, alkalinity).

Cleaning and maintaining the boiler and associated equipment like burner, blower, plunger pump, fuel pump, to increase the efficiency and performance level.

Repairing the Plunger pump oil sea, piston washer, valve sit assembly and plunger pump belt, fuel pump coupling.
