Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement & Training 03/2022 to Present

Promoted to Senior Manager of Continuous Improvements and Training. Report to Vice President of Operations, responsible for focusing on improving new and existing methodologies to improve Brasstech Team Members knowledge of the best and safest way to produce products. Interface with Department and Plant Managers to support with departmental training and development needs. Reduced direct labor cost from 11 to 9 Cents per pound by improving order and set-up changes.

Redesigned existing molds and molded components to meet specifications within CPK of 2, resulted in 10% cost reduction and 15% decreases in manufacturing cycle time.
