Responsible for the unit that sets Medicaid rates for Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Private Non-Medical Institutions, Home Health Agencies, Rural Health Care Facilities, physician fees, and other state funded health care services. A major project was developing a new method of reimbursement for hospital providers. Interacted with many state agencies, professional and trade associations, as well as a diverse range of providers.
