Responsible for the unit that sets Medicaid rates for Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Private Non-Medical Institutions, Home Health Agencies, Rural Health Care Facilities, physician fees, and other state funded health care services. A major project was developing a new method of reimbursement for hospital providers. Interacted with many state agencies, professional and trade associations, as well as a diverse range of providers.

Responsible for business operations of this multi-site Alcohol and Drug Addiction treatment facility providing outpatient and residential treatment to Hamilton County residents with a staff of approximately 60 employees. Responsibilities included physician recruitment and contract negotiation practice acquisition evaluations and sales appraisals. The organization worked closely with the McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital.

Responsible for business affairs of this for profit alcohol and chemical dependency hospital located on the West side of Cincinnati. The facility provided inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services. The facility has closed.
