Used sales loft/ sales force/Slack and truly. Calls were over 100 a day reaching out to customers. January took on B2B inside sales role and then was promoted to Business Development Rep in 5 state territory going into dental practices. Left Candid due to the company restructure.

July 2020- to Nov 2020- Waterworks Plumbing- Dispatcher/customer service. Responsible for creating service orders, Purchase orders, and taking credit card payments. Dispatching plumbing technicians to calls, routing them according to starting location and zip codes to have the least travel time in between jobs. Call customers to advise them of technician’s response. Take incoming calls for service and schedule.

April 2019- July 2020- Nielsen Media- Membership representative. Went door to door, establishing immediate relationships with homeowners to become part of the Nielsen Ratings. Gaining trust, not only for the company but also with me, so that we could put equipment in their homes to capture their T.V. viewing habits. I worked from home, set my own hours, was responsible for Nielsen equipment and company car. In the first 6 months I was assigned to be a role model representative for incoming hires. I was put into Management mentoring program for potential to move to area manager. Gave presentations for team and regional meetings. Due to Covid, all promotions stopped, layoffs occurred, although I was not laid-off, I did not want to go back door to door.

2018- Farmers New World Life Insurance- customer service for agents and clients. Advising them on policies and taking credit card payments. Had to leave during training due to grave family health emergency.

1992-2018-Pinellas County Regional 911 Center- Fire/Police/Medical. I worked as a 911 dispatcher/call taker for over 26 years in a communication center that took over 2000 calls a day, in a county of over 1.5 million people. I dispatched out fire departments, handled radio traffic, dealt with all local, State and Federal police agencies. Coordinated responses with those agencies to scenes. Coordinated other agencies such as utilities for responses. Trained new hires for over 15 years. Called upon to due acting supervisor position numerous times over the years.

Artco Party Supplies- Family run business. Part of purchasing, sales to consumer and B2B- sold balloons and cakes to businesses. Did a little bit of everything for over 10 years.
