It is a modern ship repair yard with very large dry docks and extensive workshop facilities. The company commenced operations in 1983 and it employs over 8500 multi-national skilled employees from 30 countries supplemented by 1500 local subcontractors when required, with the working language as English. It has 47 departments under its centralized management system. Over 5000 vessels of all types and sizes from across the globe have utilized the facilities of this leading shipyard in the world, prestigiously called Drydocks World Dubai. It is located in the Emirate of Dubai, a modern city with good social. sporting and educational amenities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating & managing the department records, which include 7,000 Assets maintenance records in Computerized Maintenance Management System called "MARINER" and manual records of last 5 years.
- Assisted the department Manager for preparing of department KPI's & KPO's and maintain records.
- Assisting department Manager for preparing o f department Annual Maintenance & Manpower Budget and maintain relevant records.
