Established in 2007, Brilliant Design is a Woven and Knit Contemporary Women’s and Junior Sportswear company designing and producing all product categories. Over the next decade, Brilliant Design expanded into a multi classification global and domestic private label and branded manufacturer.

Established a new to market, sustainable product platform in 2018 and developed ecommerce sites and cultivated and managed ecommerce marketing strategies.

Established B2B and B2C domestic product platforms, including both product and website development.

Teams created trend-appropriate products for domestic and international markets, including Urban Outfitters (US and UK), J. Crew

& Madewell, Gap, Nordstrom, Target and Amazon.

Created and managed an in-house sample department for speedy sampling and fitting needs to meet customer and factory time requirements, reducing fitting times, improving sample quality, and increasing sales.

Oversaw the foundation of a new factory in India to create and manage entire manufacturing process for buy-ready products fitting each retailer’s requirements, which included training patternmakers in technical requirements, creating rule guidelines for grading, and implementing QC processes to ensure the compliancy standards.
