Now I have 45 years of experience in tripartite aspects ie., financial accounting, inventory management and payroll administration, of which I have worked 19 years in Muscat, Dubai and Qatar, served as a Senior Accountant and Senior Project Accountant at last respectively with Group 3 Contracting Co, Qatar. The job additionally consists of manpower handling about 325 administrative staff from various branches for downloading branch accounts and 3000 construction site workers’ payroll processing up to finalization, payroll administration, coordination between banks for establishing LCs and follow ups, Coordination with overseas suppliers, coordination with local suppliers and logistics, MIS to Divisional Manager, MIS on Inventory to the Management, hands on various Accounting packages like Dolphin, Tally 7.2 to 9.0.4, (with GST Compatible) CoMpUfAx, DacEasy, iSCALA2.2 (ERP), Quick Books (Premier Version), SageMAS 500 (ERP) and commercial packages like MS Office - Word, Excel and assisting Divisional Manager in all spheres of jobs to be expedited by the Accounts Department for the presentation to the Management. Also, I have obtained diploma in visual application in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Pagemaker with hands on designing.

Please let me take leniency on briefing few words on Sage MAS 500, is wonderful ERP tool among the accounting packages those I have handled so far for its salient features like complete control of receivables / invoicing process / add automatic calculations to procedures to avoid errors and duplicate entries / Accounts payables module accommodates plenty of vendors addresses / history archives for various past years’ retention / auto payment selection / cheque printing / management tool of strategic budgeting and planning / mobilizing and grouping financial data converting into periodical, quarter and annual reports; over and above the first and foremost remarkable features are multi-currency / inventory management cycle counting / data transfer to and from remote area / barcode for warehousing automation that eases manpower tediousness / advanced manufacturing / planning and scheduling of production / engineering change management / material requirements planning / shop floor control are those magnificent drives in our fingertips comes with the way of Sage MAS 500.

Prior to the above, I had been with the International Cigarettes & Tobacco Ltd., Chennai, Tamilnadu Tobacco Co Ltd., Salem and Adayar Engineering &Comml. Co., (P) Ltd., Chennai, these were sister concerns and manufacturing units, for 13 years in their Accounts, Materials and Production Departments.
