As head of the department, I also take care of Personnel matters like recruitment, training and development and all administrative matters including time and security office and under CSR activities we have adopted some villages near Bheemeli area.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Contract Labour strikes, settled amicable within short period brining out the provisions that with affect their carrier if they go into indefinite illegal strike and their participation in such strike shall lead to serious repercussion at their cost of throwing their employment and living source. Resultantly the strikes confined in number of occasssions.

In my tenure pay revises agreements made with the consent of various union i.e.18/1 (two years agreement) and 12/3 agreement (three) years to entire satisfaction of the management and following their guide lines.

Injection order has been taken against those who were creating industrial un-rest and hampering the production activities.
