In 2009 I assumed the education, training and technical coordination of a team of 26 people to ensure the quality standard of services and care. I created a review process of the life cycle of customers for activation, profitability and retention through the mapping of the main reasons that determine the satisfaction of those customers.

Commercial Management: PSA - Peugeot-Citroën January 2007 – December 2007

I worked in Special Sales at Citroën where I was responsible for leasing, sales and fleet management intended to officials, diplomats, fleet owners and customers, "VIP" and disabled people for all dealerships in Brazil . I developed an integrated system that automated the lease and purchase of vehicles by employees, increasing leasing by 100% and sales by 80%.

I gave support to the commercial area of a network of universities UNIFIA, developing tools to make lessons more dynamic and engaging to the students of administration, accounting and economy by reducing absenteeism and truancy. The tools consisted of business games, simulations of the theoretical analysis, case studies, technical visits etc.. The most outstanding students had their projects and results published in a book. I worked in project management, feasibility analysis of projects, preparation and analysis of balance, profit planning, studies of leverage, sensitivity analysis for different scenarios. I also created the editorial management of two books: "FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS" and "FINANCE FOR ENTREPRENEURS”.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

In 2009 I worked as a volunteer in an NGO which had as its goal the training of people with low income, low education level, which did not have a profession. I taught groups interested in being hairdressers or opening salons. The classes for hairdressing techniques and salon management.

During the first and second years at university, I assisted the director of the courses in business management, economics, accounting, marketing and foreign trade, where my main activities were to advise students, developing projects for extracurricular activities of the courses. The most important achievements were: filtering information and getting the ability to solving problems before they had come to the coordination, besides elaborations about fairs and partnerships with NGOs for lectures and activities geared to day to day of those courses.
