Prepared and monitored computer generated business reports for all A/P, A/R and spreadsheets for all construction job orders, supplies and weekly invoices to the, owner General Contractor. Scan and fax legal documents to numerous vendors, insurance companies and delivered work orders to home owners for approval. Interact with field supervisors on phone orders and city or county permits required by the general contractor. Responsible for job supplies, shortage of supplies, lock boxes, home owner keys, garage door openers and meeting with Excel energy for locates before each job. Managed a 3.5-million-dollar client account known as Quiznos in the initial set up phase. Also set up the franchisee owner’s payroll and human services nationwide. Assisted in increasing the franchisee’s knowledge of the application of products for facilitating business owners to start operational payroll and services. Provided all contract documentation required by ADP for securing federal, state, local and regulatory laws of those Quiznos stores engaged for yearly business taxation. Position required many reports data tracking stores, confidentiality, maintaining legal files for over three hundred franchisee business stores a quarter.

Taught on a weekly basis, at the Quiznos University training school located in Westminster, Colorado where I met with all franhise oweners from various states by revieiwing and providing the legal ADP business document steps, as neded to start with ADP for all taxation payroll services. Worked strongly with Quiznos Corporate staff to ensure positive and strong relationship by making the customer (Franchisee Owners) and their needs my number one focus; developing and sustaining productive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Position required many daily, weekly, monthly reports, tracking stores for needed documentation required, confidentiality and maintaining client legal files with inter-act with multiple departments within ADP for each payroll set up. Due to the high volume of this account, and in conjuction with IT, I assisted, designed and developed a computer data base tracking system known as the Quiznos Tracker which is now available in other ADP departments, and is also available to the Quiznos Corporate office, in Westminster, Colorado from 2003 to 2007.

City & County of Denver (1994 – 2003)

Denver Department of Human Services-

Case Technician – Responsible and assisted through protocol of the State & Federal government and the determination for the family aide for EBT-food stamps, Medicare, Medicaid and adult funded programs. Responsible for the average 250 cases a month for Denver metro area clients. This require executive disposition but some cases could be reviewed at any time by State, or the Fraud unit based on clients’ applications from 2002 to 2003.

Child Support Enforcement DHS-

Case Technician- Managed cases filed through the City & County of Denver courts of absent parents also known as establishment & locates, and also worked with Denver Motor Vehicle division for driver’s license suspension of overdue child support. Managed and performed the tracking system of employment to garnish each case. I performed all legal documentation aspects as of a paralegal required the State, I was not a licensed paralegal employed from 2001 to 2002.

City & County of Denver Police Department-

District Police Support Technician- Gang Unit

Managed and highly responsible for the audit of statical reports to the bureau police Caption and detectives on filed cases of possible gang Activity related to crimes. Responsible for police, civil calls, any confidential matters concerning major city crimes or departmental policy provided to the public, or the media. Responsible for the cadets assigned to the bureau for future officer training experience while obligated to law enforcement career program. Responsible for the assigned Gang Unit Street officers daily log activity to submit to the Chief of Police from 1998 to 2001.

E-911 Dispatch Communications Bureau –

Assisted all Metro Denver residents in need of Rescue by contacting emergency 911 and handled all metro Denver non-emergency calls. Ascertained if a call was an emergency or not. The call volume was approximate 1500-2900 each day. Worked directly with the Denver Paramedics/Denver Fire Rescue on numerous 911 calls. This position required quick thinking and the use of professional response being able to listen and type with accuracy and completeness information being received via phone lines. This required multi-tasking under pressure. Responsible for the police radio clearance channel to all metro Denver Street patrol officers requiring NCIC/CCIC for any Possible warrants, or drivers’ clearance checks. Responsible with interacting with many other Police agencies nationwide, including Department of Corrections Nationwide from 1994-1998
