Career Objective: My career goal is to obtain an administrative position where I can utilize my strengths and knowledge in Educational Leadership and Classrrom Teaching. My professional experiences in Financial and Tax Accounting, Classroom Teaching, Curriculum and Instruction Leadership, Educational Administration Leadership and Financial Banking and Insurance Management has allowed me to work with, support, nurture and supervise professionals in all of these fields. I have lead education leaders and teachers as well as other community leaders by embracing their specialized craft and nurturing their leadership styles into leadership roles that supervise other people. I have effectively created transformational changes to education organizations, business companies and my own business by practicing my belief and strengths in Servant Leadership. My belief in Team-Building fosters the concept of collaboration among people to stimulate creative thinking. I also resonate that transformational changes can occur by providing nurturing experiences to leaders in order to strengthen relationships and organizational systems. 29 years of experience as a business and educational leader has allowed me to focus on perfecting my servant leadership style and has allowed me to improve on my Postmodernist approach of educational philosophy.

Instruct all high school students in high school level courses, including Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus and Math Models. Supervised math department teachers for both middle school and high school preps at Alamo College Prep school. Mentored Math 85-PR students towards a positive outcome using activities and instructional situations. Volunteer tutorial time at the CLE Tutoring Center throughout the semester for students in my classes and others. Instruct College students in Financial Accounting, Pay Roll Accounting, Federal Income Tax Accounting, and Computerized Accounting (QuickBooks). Mentored students during their final semester with their research information capstone source. Assisted students by placing them in business internship roles in businesses in Weslaco, Texas. Secondary Mathematics Coordinator, United Independent School District, 2005 to 2008
Supervised Middle School Math Cadre with Initial development of written Scope and Sequence for Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Grade Math Curriculum for 2005-08 school year, supervised High School Geometry Cadre with initial development of written Scope and Sequence for 2005-08 school year. Manage current written Scope and Sequence Curriculum and provide updates as needed. Provide Staff Development to district teachers in areas of Lesson Cycle procedures, Differentiated Instruction, Cooperative Learning Environments, Responsive Learning Environments, Interactive Classroom Activities, and Calculator Trainings. Also provide State mandated Response to Interventions training to Middle School Math Departments. Perform classroom observations for enhancing better teaching practices for middle and high school math teachers. 2007, Implemented statistical analysis reporting for new mathematics textbook adoption for all secondary campuses, allowing for all campus educators to have a fair voice on this essential decision.

Graduate Educational Research Conference, Texas A&M International University, Presented a paper based on research found, that the best way to finance public schools in Texas is through a state income tax. June 2005.
