Customer 1st Manager

As a Customer 1st Manager I was responsible for all Front End activities, operations, personnel. I have effectively lead, supervised, coached and trained all direct reports; Assistant Customer 1st Manager, Front End Leads, Person in Charge (PIC), Cashiers and Customer 1 Clerks.
