4/15-6/16: Metro Hospital: PRN Paramedic at the county jail. Took care of inmates such as lab work, IV therapy, wound care, and triage.

2/96- 6/16: Rural Metro Ambulance Inc.: Working as a Paramedic, providing patient care and transport. Supervisory skills for approximately one year. Emergency and non-emergency treatment skills. Rural Metro was bought by AMR.

8/92-2/96: Metro Ambulance INC.: EMT-basic, providing patient care and transport. In Feb. of 1996, Rural Metro Ambulance bought Metro Ambulance Inc.

7/89-5/92: American Ambulance Inc.: EMT-basic, provided patient care and transport. 911 Service for the city of Jacksonville Florida. Company was back up service for the fire department.

3/85-5/89: Hillcrest Ambulance Inc.: EMT-basic, provided patient care and transport. Emergency and non- emergency treatment skills.

EDUCATION:

Lorain County Community College: 8/10-present prerequisites for Nursing school, Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic 2012. Plan to attend the Medic to RN. Bridge course in the near future.

Cuyahoga Community College: 8/84-12/84 Emergency Medical Technician-Basic. General studies, CPR.

CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, PALS, ACLS, NREMTP.
