I completed the staffing schedule for the unit, was involved in payroll, coaching and counseling team members, completed projects, evaluations and productivity grids. I was the primary resource for patients and their families to bring concerns and complaints to. I was involved in the discharge process and educating patients on their discharge plan of care and follow up instructions.
